The HESTA Community Sector Awards is presented by HESTA ÛÓ the leading industry super fund for health and community services ÛÓ and the Australian Council of Social Service (ACOSS).
The search is on for individuals and organisations excelling in service provision, advocacy and leadership in the community sector. However, as nominations close on January 31st, you will need to be quick.
There are three categories of awards:
Unsung Hero – This award recognises an individual working within the community sector who has made an exceptional contribution to social justice in Australia, by enhancing the wellbeing of individuals or communities experiencing disadvantage.
Social Impact – This award recognises an individual, organisation or network that has made an outstanding contribution to social justice in Australia, through policy development, advocacy, leadership or representation.
Organisation – This award recognises an organisation which has made an outstanding contribution to social justice in Australia, through the development and/or provision of a high quality and innovative program, project or specific service.
