To celebrate the contribution by volunteers across the State, the SA Government has proclaimed Volunteers Day, which will be celebrated on the Queen’s Birthday public holiday every year. South Australians are invited to recognise the work that volunteers, community organisations and businesses make to the community by registering for the Volunteer Awards.
The awards will be presented after a concert from the Adelaide Cabaret Festival, held Monday 9 June 2014 at the Adelaide Festival Theatre. All SA volunteers are eligible to attend the free concert and registrations are essential.
