TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE AND ATTENDANCE AT NFPAS EVENTS

All tickets issued by NFPAS are issued subject to these terms and conditions of sale and entry. By purchasing tickets and/or attending any NFPAS event(s) the purchaser and any attendee agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Registration & Payment

All events are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.

Payment in full is required by the event date in order to attend.

To avoid disappointment, ensure you pay for your booking(s) before the registration closing date. Anyone that has not received a confirmation email will not be on the event attendance list and therefore will not be admitted to the event.

If paying via EFT, a completed copy of the registration form along with a remittance advice is needed in order for the registration to be processed by NFPAS. Payment by EFT will not be accepted after the registration closing date. Your registration is not confirmed until you have received a receipt and confirmation email from NFPAS.

Cancellations by NFPAS

NFPAS reserves the right to:

  • Cancel/alter scheduled dates for any NFPAS events where minimum attendance numbers are not reached.
  • Change the location of any NFPAS event
  • Substitute speakers for any NFPAS event.

In the event of an event being cancelled, NFPAS will notify registered attendees via email or SMS, prior to the event date to offer an alternative event at an alternative date or to communicate that a full refund will be made. NFPAS will ensure a full refund is made within 14 days after the event date.

Cancellations by Attendees

All cancellations or postponements must be notified in writing to the NFPAS Event Coordinator.

If you are unable to attend a booked event, a substitute attendee may be sent as a replacement (subject to approval).

If you wish to cancel more than 7 working days before the start of the event we will refund the cost of the ticket minus 50%.

If you wish to cancel less than 7 working days before the start of the event, no ticket costs will be refunded.

If you wish to cancel after the event has started, no ticket costs will be refunded.

Non-attendance

Non-attendance of any event due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, or a transfer to another event.

Image Release

In registering for NFPAS events attendees grant permission to NFPAS, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, on-line/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for NFPAS. Attendees agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from NFPAS in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Attendees release, discharge, and hold harmless, NFPAS and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should an attendee not agree to the above image release, they must advise NFPAS by contacting 08 8215 0022 or admin@nfpas.com.au.

Behaviour

NFPAS reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to a NFPAS event, or eject any person from a NFPAS event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by NFPAS staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.

Canvassing by delegates is strictly prohibited at NFPAS events and forums. Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event/forum except by event sponsors. Delegates violating this policy will be asked to leave the event and AHRI members may have their membership revoked.
