Charities get bipartisan support to be exempt from Foreign Influence Bill

The final foreign interference bill submission recommends that charities be exempt from registering following grave concerns from the not-for-profit sector.

The Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security have released its bipartisan support for the foreign influence laws to strengthen transparency of foreign influence in Australia’s political and government decision making.
