FUTURE PROOFING YOUR ORGANISATION

Feeling paralysed by the enormity and uncertainty of challenges facing your nfp organisation? Wondering how you will be able to survive the ever changing landscape of funding models, grant reductions, technology utilisation and more? Never before has the nfp sector been faced with such challenging road blocks to their survival. Just when you thought you couldn’t be squeezed any further, organisations are being forced to discover methods to not only stabilise themselves, but reinvent their business models to push positively forward, secure growth and promote success.

Now is the time to be innovative, creative, proactive; be inspired to have the conversations that need to be had and make the synergistic connections that will help you on the way.

Join the nfpas team and other leaders, collaborators and innovators in the nfp sector for a very special one day forum ‘The Writing’s on the Wall‘ in Adelaide on Thursday 21 May 2015.

The program is intentionally interactive and designed to bring you real life success stories and failures so we can all share in other’s experiences. We have been fortunate to secure a number of excellent speakers to tell their stories and share their wisdom on the day.
