Fit for Summer Challenge

Its that time of the year again... time to get healthy for summer. The whole nfpas office will be participating in a 'Fit for Summer' challenenge.

The Fit for Summer challenge includes one group workout per week and a list of foods/ beverages that cannot be eaten.  The workout will be tailored to each staff members individual fitness.

We have also challenged ourselves to conduct a workout twice a week during the challenge (excluding the group session).
