YWCA Australia is a women-led organisation that achieves positive change by providing advocacy, programs and services for women, families and communities. YWCA has recently launched the She Speaks Survey. YWCA is seeking to better understand how girls and young women understand leadership through the survey. The findings from She Speaks will be integral to the design and implementation of specialist YWCA leadership programs designed for girls and young women.
Girls and young women between the ages of 15 and 30 are invited to participate in the survey by visiting here. Participants can also tell friends about the survey by using the hashtag #SheSpeaks
