The Karma Foundation and Good Company are this year encouraging people to look outside the traditional Mothers Day gifts and consider giving a gift that gives back. A $100 donation can purchase a New Mother’s Pack containing nutritional supplements, baby blankets and clothes and soap for 20 pregnant women. Donors can also contribute to micro-financing a business, stopping the illegal pet trade, and a range of other causes.
