Community Data Solutions have recently launched their latest Customer Relationship Management Online system for Not for Profit organisations to assist with reporting requirements for Department of Social Services funding.
Among other things, the system aims to simplify the mandatory DSS reporting requirements, save staff time, and reduce security issues with data storage.
