Bookkeeping

Sound bookkeeping is the engine room of good financial management. Our team of experienced and qualified bookkeepers will undertake any and all bookeeping tasks including:

  • Preparing accounts for payment
  • Writing cheques and making payments including B-Pay, credit card, direct debit or on-line banking
  • Preparing invoices
  • Data entry – including recording and coding of cash receipts and payments
  • Reconciliation of petty cash
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Basic financial reports
  • Relief staff - providing relief finance staff to cover any staff absences or departures
